...Realizing how difficult this task of collecting matching wood parts for full sized violin construction, I might suggest you contact International Violin Company and ask for Ken. I introduced him to the "rub tone" concept of wood selection at a recent Violin Society of America national convention. Perhaps you could negotiate a mutually agreeable fee for them to select wood for your next instrument using the matching "rub tone" concept.
