The glue liner next to the top plate is tuned one whole note lower than the glue liner strip on the bottom of the rib (same as the plates are tuned).

Next, re-install the rib structure into the master mold (correct side up of course).

Here, I am breaking the 'glue dots' joint seperating the back plate from the router support. Use special seperating flat knifes (not sharp) and wood wedges, working around perimeter until free.
