This guarantee is in effect as long as I am healthy and able to do the work myself. (I am 58 years old now). . ..In order for this guarantee to remain in force, I ask that I be allowed to do all major repair work, should any be necessary. ( You agree to not allow anyone else to open the violin up or do major repairs without my written authorization.) You are to exercise reasonable professional care, seeing that your violin is not left in a hot automobile for instance, that your instrument in never left in direct sunshine, is kept from extreme changes in temperature and humidity. ... Naturally, any damage that is caused by accident or carelessness on your part is not covered by this guarantee. . ...I will be happy, however, to effect repairs for you at a reasonable charge. ..Customer is to be responisble for all shipping charges to and from my establishment. ...For customers who purchase have a 30 day trial period to play the instrument before the purchase becomes final. Your cost will only be limited to shipping costs and insurance. ...Although I do not buy back instruments, you may exchange a previous instrument bought from us toward a more expensive model at the full purchase price if in origional condition (less only a fee to replace strings it needed).
