........This rebuild makes the harmonic balancer 40% stronger than a factory NOS harmonic balancer, besides removing the considerable casting warpage and oill seal surface distortion that is common with used Corvair harmonic balancers.
... Another Dale exclusive is that we have compounded the rubber to reproduce the factory designed tuned frequency; a service available no where else! We even bond in a special static electricity grounding spring which eliminates the static electricity charge that builds up with fan belt flexing and which can cause unwanted radio static.
